The T4 form in Penny, versions 3.0, 3.01 and 3.5, is being modified to exactly match the current CRA T4 form. According to the CRA website,
the current form should be acceptable until 2011 (filing information for calendar year 2010); however, we recommend upgrading.

Note that there are no changes to the corresponding Quebec R1 form.
