First Level Support
Please contact your Microsoft Partner or the Value Added Reseller you purchased your Joesoftware product from. Note that response time for this support is negotiated directly with your Partner.
Second Level Support
Joesoftware provides second level support to Value Added Resellers and Joesoftware Partners as needed and requested. Response time is within 24 hours.
Product Life Cycle
When a new version of a product is released, the prior version will be supported for 18 months.
