On June 18th, we hosted our annual Lunch & Learn at The Derrick Golf and Winter Club in Edmonton. It was a great day connecting with our clients, sharing what we’ve been learning, and talking through what’s coming next in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 world.

We covered a lot of ground across three presentations:

• The Power of the Dynamics 365 Ecosystem — Garrett Wengreniuk walked through how Business Central, Microsoft 365, Copilot, and the Power Platform work together to reduce manual work and give teams faster access to the information they actually need.
• AI With Business Central and Beyond — Chi Cheong Ho and Rick Kemp covered the shift from AI assistance to full task delegation through tools like Copilot Cowork, Microsoft Scout, and the autonomous agents now built directly into BC.
• BC Focus Session — A practical look at what’s new in BC v28, including the new Payables and Sales Order agents, native expense management, and enhanced reporting capabilities.
