At the governance level, an Executive Sponsor is essential. An Executive Sponsor is someone who can champion change and ensure the necessary financial and human resources are in place for the project to be successful. Creating a Steering Committee, made up of individuals from your organization and from the Joesoftware team, provides a forum to guide the project, resolve issues, and keep momentum.

Project leadership coordinates the internal resources in your organization and the work edlivered by Joesoftware. Your Project Manager leads the coordination and deployment of resources on your team, while Joesoftware’s Project Manager leads the delivery of services.

Your internal team works alongside us to validate the design, complete user acceptance testing, and confirm your people are ready for go-live.
